So the post made an unholy noise as it dropped through the door this morning, waking me up and sending me bedraggled and goose-pimply to retrieve it. There, nestled on top of Steve's teacher union newspaper, sat a promisingly thick A4 envelope with the red RCA logo stamped on it. I ripped it open with my teeth like a crazed animal and inside was a letter saying that I'd got into my course.

Hell yes. I can breathe now.
